The guided audio meditations will play such an important role throughout the program. They will allow you to connect within yourself, tap into deeper truths and find freedom, flow and release through anything you're experiencing.  

✔ Module 2: Delayering Your Blocks:  
You will learn how to see resistance within yourself and be provided with personal practices on how to move through it, you will learn Parts Work and Trigger Work (with proven processes for both) and you will begin to discover your unique PAIN and how it connects to your PURPOSE. 

✔ Module 3: Recalibrating your energy: Within the 3rd module, you will build a strong understanding of your nervous system (including nervous system practices to help you when you're dysregulated), understand how to practice healthy boundaries, how to SURRENDER to everything life throws at you and also be given a proven practice for how to get UNSTUCK in hard challenges.

✔ Module 4: Developing Full Trust:
Within this module, you will strengthen your connection with your intuition, discover your unique GIFTS and how they connect with your PURPOSE, and tap into your soul strengths and what you're here to DO. 

✔ Module 5: Purpose embodiment:
The final module fully prepares you to take your purpose out into the world! You will learn how to FULLY align your life with your purpose (including within your career), understand the PURPOSE RECIPE, know how to take soul action vs. ego action, and create a purpose map to propel you forward on your journey!
